What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IN THE CASE THERE IS A DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM SENT, WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE THE ITEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE CUSTOMER!
IF A PACKAGE RETURNS TO US BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER PUTS AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, THAT CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING TO RESHIP A SECOND TIME. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package and see its estimated delivery date.
How do I care for my clothing?
We recommend following the care instructions on the label of each garment. Generally, most items can be machine washed and dried on a low setting. For more delicate pieces, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning

What’s a pre order?
A pre-order is when you can purchase clothing before it is released to the public. This way they can be sure to get the items they want before they sell out. Usual wait time for pre order is 4-6 weeks
